How long does it take for your products to be delivered?

Shipping time is about 24-48hours. Our delivery times are 7 to 14 working days.

 

Do you provide product tracking information?

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number which will allow you to track the progress of your order in real time. To do this, you can visit the delivery company's website or our website.

If you cannot access your tracking number, please contact our customer service.

I did not receive my parcel tracking number, what should I do?

Check that it is not in your SPAMS, it often slips inside. If not, please contact us.

 

I can't be at home on the day of my delivery, what can I do?

Don't worry, your items will be left in your letterbox. Otherwise, your parcel will be left at your post office, where you can collect it.
